Job Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns, branding materials, social media content, advertisements, and other collateral.
Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines.
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that communicate our brand message and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and integrate feedback into design iterations.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to improve skills and deliver innovative designs continuously.
Support the maintenance and management of design assets, including file organization, version control, and asset libraries. Also, contribute to developing brand guidelines and design standards to maintain brand integrity and visual identity.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a relevant creative role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate ideas and receive constructive feedback.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX concepts.
Proficiency in creative software and tools (Video Editing).
